Unfortunately we do not have gift-vouchers, however we do occasionally offer coupon codes through email promotions, so sign up for our newsletter to get coupons when available.

We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase. If you would like to make a warranty claim, you may contact product’s manufacturer by sending us a message with your order #number, in most cases warranty is not offered. (not all items are warrantied by the manufacturer only when it has been clearly stated on the products listing page.)

Shipping may take a couple of weeks depending on the item availability and stock, if the item is being shipped from outside of the United States shipping delay might be not unusual . Rest assured we work around the clock processing and shipping out orders as fast as possible.
